Alstom Spain offers 40 spaces with its program practices Alstom Energy Talent

The project will start in November and is organized by Alstom Spain and the University-Enterprise Foundation

The practices will be developed in the workplace of Alstom in Madrid, Barcelona and Toledo and combined with a Master of Management and Professional Development

The deadline for submitting applications is open until next October 10

Alstom Spain has launched together with the University-Enterprise Foundation reconvening Talent Alstom Energy program, an initiative of academic and professional excellence that focuses on new graduates.

In this 4th edition, Alstom Energy Talent offers a total of 40 places for graduates with different profiles and interest in rail transport infrastructure. Specifically, 35 seats are intended for graduates in Engineering (Industrial, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automatic, Mathematics, Physics and Industrial Design and Product Development). In the remaining five seats graduates can choose Master in Occupational Health and Safety, Quality Management, Environmental Sciences, and Industrial Relations.

Through this initiative, young graduates be combined into a single program of 12-month postgraduate training and entering the labor market. The aim is to offer new graduates the opportunity to train personally and professionally in a global company like Alstom, a global leader in the rail transport sector. To do this, the performance of paid placement combined with the incorporation GAIA Masters in Professional Development at the University of Alcalá. The Master, taught online and in English, has no cost for the selected candidates.

The selected candidates will be incorporated on 7 November, collaborate on rail projects developed by national and international teams Alstom Spain from company offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Toledo area.
