<\/span>Summary:
\n<\/span>“Usability” is one of the keys of the Human-Computer Interaction. <\/span>Although its definition has been discussed for decades, the concept is still being agreeing. <\/span>“Usability” generally refers to software systems but also can be applied to products and services. <\/span>The “user experience” goes beyond the three dimensions of the generally accepted usability: effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction. <\/span>The “user experience” not limited to software, applying concept as above, to products and services. <\/span>As for the “customer experience” is emerging a broader concept, focusing on the growing emphasis design service. <\/span>In this seminar the concepts of “usability”, “user experience” and “customer experience” and some evaluation methods will be discussed.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Brief Bio:
\n<\/span>Cristian Rusu is professor at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Valparaiso (PUCV) of Chile. <\/span>He holds a PhD in Applied by the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca in Romania. <\/span>He has worked in several software companies and research institutes in Romania and Chile. <\/span>He is a member of the editorial board of several journals and program committee of several important international conferences in the area of \u200b\u200busability. <\/span>His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Usability, User Experience and Customer Experience. <\/span>He has been president of the Chilean Chapter of ACM-SIGCHI and currently is director of the research group “UseCV” PUCV.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
