VII Science Week is an annual event organized by the Research and Innovation of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche and Torrevieja Ars Creatio Cultural Association. Also collaborating Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, the CEFIRE of Orihuela, the Municipal Institute of Culture, and the city of Torrevieja. The edition of the Science Week this year will be dedicated to the International Year of Light, as has been declared by the UN this 2015, and consist of four conferences for the general public taught by professors and scientists of international prestige of the UMH . Global and specific vision of the main technologies based on light and its different past, present and future applications in the biomedical, industrial and communication areas will be offered. Will take place at the Casino de Torrevieja on 10, 17, 19 and 24 November at 19 h.
