The mailbox of suggestions and complaints is the instrument made available to members of the UMH university community to send us observations and complaints that they deem appropriate on the operation of the University, as well as for the improvement of the quality of services and degrees of it.
- Suggestion is understood as a proposal for improvement to be taken into account and that, if appropriate, will be incorporated into ordinary operation
- Complaint is understood as the manifestation of discontent motivated by the negative perception of a situation, procedure, etc.
- Finally, the claim is the formal expression of disagreement against a decision or prior resolution on aspects that directly affect the rights of the applicant.
